Google Map Adventures

I've always wanted to travel overseas, but the opportunity has yet to present itself. A few places I'd like to travel to are Japan, South Korea, and France. One day I decided to get on Google Maps and pick a random place in Japan and dropped into street view. I wanted to travel, but since I couldn't I figured Google Maps was my next best bet. I started to notice all the cool buildings I could draw so I pulled out my supplies and that is how this collection of art began.

I love the intricacies of Asian architecture so all of these buildings have come from different parts of Asia. However, most of the buildings come from Japan. I used either Procreate for the Ipad Pro or watercolors.

This is the first building that I decided to draw. I originally thought that the building was an art gallery but it turned out to be a stamp shop! I was drawn to the design painted on the garage door.
