Doodle-A-Day
Doodle-a-Day a challenge I did in April 2019. An Instagram artist, @ellolovey, creates a monthly prompt list for artists to use as inspiration for drawings throughout the month. I decided to use her April 2019 list and complete a drawing every day for the month of April.
These illustrations may, or may not, make sense without the context of the copy from my Instagram post. I think that is what made the challenge fun. For example, the prompt was “walk.” For the prompt, I drew a Starbucks cup with cake pops. I chose to draw the cup for “walk” because I enjoyed walking to the coffee shop in college to get coffee.
